We visited here when we were stuck in New York due to a flight delay. This memorial is really well done and worth visiting when in New York.

It was sobering, educational, inspiring, thought provoking, and hard but a very good day. We are glad we went to see this. It is a bit overwhelming as it should be and It puts life in perspective. Live every day.

Very enjoyable. The guide was energetic and informative at the same time. Had many stories and accounts on the tragic day. Gave much insight to the city then and how it progressed to today.
