Long before she was Carole King, chart-topping music legend, she was Carol Klein, Brooklyn girl with passion and chutzpah. She fought her way into the record business as a teenager and, by the time she reached her twenties, had the husband of her dreams and a flourishing career writing hits for the biggest acts in rock 'n' roll. But it wasn't until her personal life began to crack that she finally managed to find her true voice.

Great story about songwriting in the late 50s through early 70s, including music of several genres. Entertaining, fun and well acted. I didn't want it to end! A must see!

Despite only being familiar with Carole King's main hits, I really enjoyed this show. I had no idea she wrote so many great 60's songs for other groups. The acting was great, the story was fast-paced and centered. They didn't try and cram in her...More

I've seen Esther in quite a few shows (Miracle City...wow!). I was excited when she was cast as Carole King and she did not disappoint. Great performance in a fabulously entertaining show. It was tight, it was slick and the songs just kept coming. All...More

Great theatre, great cast and wonderful performance. Went on a Saturday afternoon and was blown away how I didn't know Carole King and her story. Worth every penny on the price of a ticket. Young adults would like it but I won't take teenagers.

Great music for those of us that lived through the 60’s and beyond. Cast was excellent and the theater is quite intimate. Most enjoyable for those of us who know the music. Highly recommend.

The music was fabulous! What a talented group of performers to take the audience members back to song after song of great hits. The show is at turns funny, poignant, and heartbreaking, but always entertaining. I can't imagine what more you could want in a...More

Enjoyed Carole King's Beautiful, the musical, immensely. Costumes and set, music and actors all top notch. Not a bad seat in the theater which is lovely if a bit tired. A happy, enjoyable show for all with a few adult themes.

No there are no inappropriate scenes in the show very PG rated. It does follow Carole King's early years and she had a bad relationship where her husband wasn't faithful.

I'm sorry but I can't answer your question. The show was so good I didn't notice the time. It was so good I wish it would have been longer.
