My wife and I passed through this area of Central Park while walking in the park a few days ago. We were on our way elsewhere, so we did not stay for long.

Perfect hideaway in the middle of the city! It's peaceful, quiet, well kept, and charming. There's lots of benches that blend with the natural scenery, beautiful views and lots of natural inclines and stone steps.
