When you are seated in Birdland, you feel like being part of an interesting history. The atmosphere is great. You are able to have dinner etc.

As I recall, there is a dinner period after the crowd is seated. So, the only place to sit and not eat dinner would be the bar. Since the place has an admission cost AND a minimum charge, you should investigate the costs... More

I would contact them directly.. but I have seen young performers.. as young as 9 perform... so I would think it would be fine.. but check with them.
