A friend and I won a trip to New York City and this club with VIP seating. It was great! The decor is awesome--everything is covered with 80s nostalgia, including video games, movies, tv shows, and music. The music was fantastic... so eighties with a mix of nineties! That was definitely my favorite thing. There was so much to dance... More

If you're in love with 80s dance music, this is a must-see! Great music, fun dancing, the best in people-watching!!! Danced all night surrounded by 80s pop culture complete with lazers and fog! Still laughing from the night's events...one of the highlights of our weekend!

My boyfriend and I paid for VIP (not seated) tickets for NYE. Everything started off good - we got there early and paid for our first drink. There was no crowd, and we entered quickly. We both got a corona - a $8 corona! The buffet was the most disgusting food ever! And it was simple finger food. How can... More

In NYC on holiday with friends and looking for somewhere to spend News Years Eve and thought this place sounded great as theme was our era 80s & 90s, always difficult booking from a distance but as it was advertised on the main ball drop website thought it would be OK! paid $180 for VIP tickets which were advertised as... We went there one night in August 2014. It was about 23:00 pm. When we walked in it was almost empty which was bad since the place seemed really cool and had potential to host amazing parties. As we walked around we were really liking the 80's theme in there: they great paitings, the DJ played only 80's hits and... More

I am a bit older and don't go "clubbin'" anymore, but this place plays the music I love (hello 80s/90s!) has a fun 80s theme and has really yummy, if a little expensive, drinks. Add in some pretty large dance floors and a super chill environment with no pretense (you're listening to retro music, no chip on your shoulder necessary)... More

I went with some girls to the club - we're married with kids and needed a rare night out. If you like 80's music, you will LOVE the Culture Club! Song after song was belted out at the top of our lungs and a great time was had by all. The dance floor is VERY small. I only drank bottled... More

Attended with some friends during a birthday celebration. 3 floors???? Only 1 open. Cover charge, for what? I did not even see a DJ but I did hear music. Drinks expensive and small. Bathrooms OMG horrendous, they were unisex and I walked in one and it had no toilet seat. Hold it in ladies. Apparently they only play 80's music... More

for the price; they should update the decor. so loud, so dark! I went to celebrate my b'day with a group of friends. we place our jackets ( at times it got cold and then hot); we were asked to remove them from the seating area in a very nasty way by a mean looking bouncer. We complained to the... More

We went here after a male review that was in the basement. The music was loud and the drinks are expensive. There is no place to get away from the loud music to talk to anyone you are trying to get to know. Know who you are going with cause you wont be able to talk until you are done.... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
