It took a trinity to play Donna Summer at the Lunt-Fontanne Theater in the production Summer. Like the biographical plays before it (Jersey Boys, Beautiful, and On Your Feet), this tells the story of the woman who became known as “the Queen of Disco.” LaChanze,...More

The theatre is small, let’s get that out of the way. The seats are cleverly designed, though. They put the seats in the middle of the two in front so you don’t have to look over ones head. The show; amazing! If you’re looking for...More

We got cheap seats, $48, in the mezzanine and we loved it. You could see the stage well because they were tiered steeply. I believe we appreciated the special effects more than other seating areas because we could see all of it. Seat comfort isn't...More

Theater was very hot and seats were tight but overall ok. The musical was bloody awful and a waste of money! I don’t think Donna would have been happy with it.

Theatre is well kept. They allow you in early where you are allowed to wait in the lobby area which is upstairs. I felt the seats were slightly on the small side but comfy. I personally enjoyed the show. Have friends who did not. FYI:...More

Beautiful theater. Seats have the normal amount of room; however, for the new show Summer we had on the side orchestra the first two seats in what we thought was row 3. When we arrived it was really row 1 and that was too close...More

The Lunt-Fontanne Theater previously called the Globe Theater is a Broadway theater located at 205 West 46th Street in midtown-Manhattan. I have seen these broadway shows at this theater: Hello, Dolly, Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, The Addams Family, Motown, and Finding Neverland.

Hi, I did not drive. Plenty of parking opportunities close by, but I’d take the train and subway. Brings you almost to the door! But may take longer to get home!
