Our first time here, to see Finding Neverland. The theatre itself was lovely, with beautiful chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. We were ushered upstairs to wait until the doors were open inside. Here you can sit, grab a drink or buy some show souvenirs. I found the seats to be comfortable, although I have back issues I had to stand... More

When I saw that Frankie Valli was performing the same time frame I would be in NYC, I knew we had to see it. To see this man still performing at 82 years of age, it was so fun. As his character says in Jersey Boys, he's like the Energizer Bunny...he keeps going and going and going.

Historical theatre but way too cramped. Worth it though to see Frankie Valli. 😃 Very clean restrooms and friendly employees. Proof that people were much smaller a century ago.

This is a beautiful theater. Finding Neverland was awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon play at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre. The photographs in the lobby and restroom areas are amazing.

The theatre itself is beautiful. The seats are very cramped, specifically your knees. I'm only 5'6 and I had marks on my knees from where the seat in front of me was hitting me. I was not the only one. All the other moms with me had the same issue. We enjoyed the play, Finding Neverland, the actors were amazing!... More

I thoroughly enjoyed the historical elegance of this theater! I loved walking around looking at the murals, light fixtures, and historical architecture. I found it more comfortable than the Imperial, and these are the only two I've been in. We were in the 9th row, orchestra level, and the view of the stage was perfect! We have enjoyed Finding the never land play, the Theater is over 100 years old, but it is well maintained and isolated. The venue was nice and the service as well. The Play was over expectations and the music was so nice.

The seating in this theatre is extremely cramped! Definitely had pains in our knees from pressing up against the seats in front of us and being unable to literally move at all! If you have a choice of two shows and this theatre is one of them ... choose another!

A quaint theater with ample leg room, very good audio, easy accessibility in the theater district. Less ornate than most but you still feel the thrill of Broadway.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
