This is a review for the theatre NOT the show.... carousel is AMAZING .... however the producers or those powers that be need to sort the theate out. 1) staff appeared more like bouncers barking orders at everybody and at times quite aggressively. 2) if...More

This is a classic theater and we have been to several shows here, most recently Carousel. However, we were quite uncomfortable this time since we kept getting kneed in the back by the row behind us. We were in the left center orchestra with very...More

My parents and I went to see Carousel at the Imperial Theatre last week. We sat in the center of the front row, mind you, so the review is entirely based upon that so your experience may differ as I've read from other reviewers. The...More

While the show was wonderful, the ushers should be re-named "pointers". They no longer usher anyone to their seats, but simply "point" and describe where you are supposed to find your seats. I realize that these theaters are old, but the seating isn't comfortable at...More

The show (Carousel) is terrific. The cast is sensational. But the Imperial Theatre seats must have been provided by Delta Airlines! What an uncomfortable two-and-a-half-hours. Really loved intermission so I could stand up!
