    Hamilton
While I saw Hamilton here, this is more of a review of the theatre itself. The restroom lines are WILD but the most smoothly directed on Broadway. Just follow the directions of the staff and you’ll get in and out on time. The bar staff is so nice and they will definitely take care of you. The seating is very tight front-to-back in most of the theatre beyond the front orchestra section, so long-legs and knee injuries beware.

    Great play and theatre
We watched Hamilton yesterday. The theater is very elegant and unique in style. Entrance and exit is a little chaotic when it is full. The play was amazing, the plot, the actors, dancers and the hiphop and rap was definitely new to me but I loved it.

Toilet situation sucks. Hamilton is great.
Hamilton was incredible. The toilet situation is a hot mess though. There’s only one set of bathrooms and that’s on the bottom floor. You’ve got 20 minutes to use the bathroom and literally everyone is descending to the bottom floor, it’s chaos. I got up as soon as the intermission started and the queue was already backed up into the stalls. The line just kept getting longer because every time you were near the back, more people from the stalls were feeding in. I just about made it back. A lot of people came in late and missed the opening of act 2. I thought they’d wait for everyone but they didn’t. Bit of a shame.

    Fantastic!
What a phenomenal experience Hamilton at the Richard Roger's theater was! Front row seats in the Balcony, unobstructed view, and a wonderful performance. The theater is beautiful. There isn't loads of leg room for each seat, but we weren't uncomfortable. We got to wait at the stage door after to meet some of the cast - amazing experience!

    Great theatre
Watched Hamilton - excellent production and great set. Extremely busy in small foyer though but the staff work hard and have bathroom attendants to help with the flow during intervals etc. we had a great time

    Hamilton on Broadway
We saw Hamilton at the Richard Rodgers Theatre. The show was fantastic! I cannot wait to go back and see another Broadway show. We had seats in the area of G 17- through 23 and the view was fine for us. The seating is tight.. just small seats and not a lot of legroom. So if you’re a tall person, you may want to get an aisle seat.

Alexander Hamilton here is a must-see
We saw the amazing production of Alexander Hamilton here in May. The production is stellar and the venue is lovely. We were 11 rows from the stage in the level that is elevated above floor level and we loved our seats. The story, the actors, the music. It's a must-see.

    Beautiful Theatre
We recently watched Hamilton here from seats in the Row L of the Orchestra section. Upon entering, the staff were very helpful and the decor was captivating. The lobby was busy at intermission with lineups for the washrooms. The acoustics and lighting were spectacular allowing us to thoroughly enjoy the performance.

    Cozy theater with character
Beautiful theater with a lot of character. I don’t think there are bad seats in the theater. We has seats in the middle of the second section and could see everything perfectly. The seats are small and close. Cozy - think airplane seats. Also, there is one bathroom in the basement and although it moves quickly, they need to add 5-10 minutes to the intermission. We almost missed the second half because we were in the back of the line. Getting a class of wine and merch prior was easy and lines moved quickly.

We lucked into some last minute tickets for a Saturday matinee. This was our first time seeing a show in NYC. We were in row L seats 112/113 on the aisle. These might be the best seats in the house. The line to enter was long, but moved quickly once the doors opened. Everyone in line was stamped as they confirmed your vaccination status so they only had to check your tickets at the door. They are not able to follow the entry guidelines on the tickets, so you can line up as early as you want regardless of your seat location. Masks were required and staff were very good about policing this the entire time (even those with masks hanging under the nose were spoken to). The line for the women's restroom during intermission was ridiculous, so I would definitely avoid it if at all possible.

The show itself was amazing. Everyone was great of course, but particular standouts were Jin Ha as Aaron Burr, Tamar Greene as George Washington and Thayne Jasperson as John Laurens/ Phillip Hamilton.

Women are treated like second class citizens regarding access to bathrooms. Intermission needs to be long enough so women can use the bathroom without missing the beginning of the second act of Hamilton. Usher refused to allow women into the men's room when men's room was vacant toward the end of intermission. I came out of seat 101C walked to entrance to lobby. Line for women's room went all through lobby pass souvenir counter back into theater at other side down to the stage back up to door leading out of theatre back into lobby to women's room sign and then down 2 flights of stairs. Very poor way to treat women. Shocking! I spoke to ushers and called management and no one cared. The play Hamilton was outstanding. At $300. + a seat we should have been treated much better.

We had seats L 10 and L 12 for the 2PM showing of Hamilton. These are amazing seats, however if you are of the fluffy size, you may be a bit squished. The theatre is small, especially for how many people are crammed into the theater. The bathroom line at intermission is INSANE for women int wrapped back into the theater, and it took all of my fifteen minutes and I busted my butt. It is also down stairs, so keep that in mind. The cast was amazing!

Hamilton was brilliant, the cast was fantastic and from any seat in the house I think you would get a great view, quite an intimate theatre. The seats are small, to be expected at a theatre this old! We opted for aisle seats for some extra comfort/legroom. Issues in my opinion - drinks are vastly overpriced. I had a “Hamiltini” which was vodka, apple and some lemonade in a short reuseable cup and it was $18 + tax and tip! I didn’t see any “free” water and only bottled for $9 + tax and tip. As others note, the que for the woman’s bathroom was very long at intermission.

Hamilton was wonderful, but the theatre was so uncomfortable, my husband and I, as well as those complaining around us, could not enjoy the play. My husband is only 6 ft tall, and the seats and rows were so tight that his knees were pressed into the seat ahead of him. The theatre is beautiful, but the owners need to renovate and put in comfortable seating. When charging over $300 a ticket, we should expect to be comfortable. Also, after the performance, did not appreciate the cast members asking the audience to donate to Planned Parenthood...tacky and very inappropriate

This theatre has pretty good views for most every seat. The legroom situation is pretty terrible though, and I have short legs. The restroom situation at intermission is pretty manic, so don’t hesitate and leave to go as soon as the lights come up. The bar is managed by Mike Anthony, probably the nicest human on earth. As much of a struggle as this theatre can be, especially for people who are taller or larger, the show and the people make the experience.

At Richard Rodgers takes place the excellent show Hamilton, which tells the life of this important character in American history! The show lasts on average 2h30 in two acts, with an interval of about 15 minutes between the acts! Tickets can be purchased from the Broadway website, with seat choice and credit card payment! No formal costume is required for the show! The play loves the music, dance and impeccable performance of the actors and actresses! I highly recommend!

We went to Richard Rodgers yesterday. Hamilton the show itself was outstanding. Jin Ha and Fergie L. Philippe we’re two of the most notable of the performers but truly the entire case was outstanding.

We were equally impressed with the staff at the theater. One of our party suffers with general anxiety and another with ADHD, during the intermission when the lobby and bathrooms were very crowded the staff went out of their way to make sure we were treated in a calm and respectful way. They were very friendly and understanding. Could not have asked for more

Saw Hamilton which was amazing! The seating is very tight, more so than any broadway venue I have ever been in so dropped review by one star. Staff was excellent and the production and cast among the best we have ever seen. Tall folks be aware of the lack of leg space and book seats accordingly.
