Relaxing walk starting from Pier 1 (at about 70th Street), after entering the park at W 72nd (Eleanor Roosevelt Statue) and Riverside Drive. Walk up to Boat Basin Cafe at 79th St. for a view of the Boat Basin while enjoying food and drinks.
This park runs along the Huson River and offers some amazing views of the river and New Jersey shore. The landscaping is beautiful and there are several playgrounds for kids. After the trees loose their leaves you can also admire the buildings along Riverside drive.
