We were even looking for Christies just happening upon it. It's free. We viewed a great collection of item from $100's to $3m all waiting for the right buyer. Who knew.

I only heard of it when I was in NYC. It has a variety of items, And It is Free admission. Staff were friendly and I saw a group of student went there for lecture.

Little know fact- the preview galleries are open to the public every day for viewing of the upcoming pieces for auction. The feel is like a museum/gallery. Fun to poke around and see some fun art pieces!

I would not bring coins to Christie's. I would use Google online to find the approximate value from coin dealer websites and decide whether to sell based on what you determine the value to be. This is what I did when I... More

No you can't walk in with items. What Chrities will do though is evaluate up to six items for free online. Just download the APP on an iPhone or iPad. It will take 6 - 8 weeks to receive. OR go online and you will see that... More
