From the moment we sat down - it was on full blast, it was Wednesday amateur night, I can't begin to tell you how much fun we had, it was 200 % better than the Chicago show the night before for half the price!!
We went to the amature night here, which was surprisingly entertaining and good. Fun host who got us all going and fun to be part of the outcome of those on stage, being allowed to booooo or cheer depending on whether we like it or...More

Low cost family entertainment for the entire family. Awesome host and mixed crowd. The Apollo is located near a subway station, so it is easily accessible and has adequate lighting at night. At 10:00 p.m. I felt safe walking to the subway station in Harlem.

We páid about $40 per person. We queued at the door before it got too busy. There were cheaper seats I think. Great night. Hard to find prices on website, need to check if amateur night is on every week. Hope you get to go!
