Good theatre for being a roundhouse. Also, the seats and legroom are much more comfortable than the Vivian Beaumont Theatre above it. However, it is smaller and more intimate. The staff is friendly. There is a bar and bathrooms as well. No drinks or food...More

The Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater opened to the public on November 10, 1967. It is located in the lower level of the Vivian Beaumont Theater building. We have enjoyed a couple of plays here and enjoyed them both. Sight lines and acoustics are both splendid...More

The theater is located below the Beaumont at the Lincoln Center Theater. I love the round concept of the theater which gives audiences a very good vantage point. Leg room is ample at this theater.
