We came here one Friday evening to see Shear Madness (which was terrific). The good: Very small and very cozy (which worked for the play). Since it is a former fire station converted into a theatre, it fits well. Fits around 100 people max. Have...More

Saw Shear Madness at the Davenport. It was entertaining and the cast was really good. Theatre needs a polishing up but it was comfortable. The show was very affordable, so affordable I can't see how they pay the cast! It is definitely worth seeing! Right...More

I've seen a number of shows here -- in both the main theatre (Daddy Long Legs) and on the smaller upstairs theatre (Georgie). Both are small and, while snug, fairly comfortable.

The venue - about 100 seats - is just perfect for the interactive play "Shear Madness." The cast and audience really get into it, and I think everyone in the theater had a great time. We certainly did. The balcony is small and is reached...More

The cast was great and really connected with the audience. The venue was intimate allowing great interaction with the audience. The actors feed off the audience and there appears to to ad lib often. They keep the dialogue fresh by incorporating current events. I'll go...More
