Saw the National company in San Francisco. They did fine but I left feeling nothing. Loud special effects and screaming can't make up for a thin story line. I was expecting more meat like Next to Normal or 6 Degrees of Separation.

I see a lot of broadway shows, this one probably wouldn't be considered a favorite. It was emotional and exceptionally preformed, but however not the best storyline for a broadway show. I would find another if given the option

Heartfelt and humorous. Engaging and taking you through the journey physically and mentally. Two different casts in two shows - each was wonderful

Having seen literally thousands of shows, musicals and plays, this is unquestionably the most powerful production of my 79 years. The production itself was riveting, exciting, and creative. The content was heart-breaking, powerful, and compelling -- the greatest combination I've ever seen. And I thought...More
