Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This theater is beautiful. Going here is getting the true old time theater experience. There are a lot of stairs but that is what you get in these theaters. The decor was gorgeous and the whole place was decked out for PARADE which I saw which was a very much audience submersive experience. I had second row balcony for this show which was a perfect seat and honestly better than the orchestra for the setup of the show, At first I worried for the seats felt a little cramped and I am a tall 6 feet. Not once throughout the whole show did I get uncomortable. I have long legs and I was very comfortable and the room between seats was ideal. And the lower floor where the rest rooms are is also lovely. And as for PARADE it was one of the best theatrical experiences I have ever had. Truly amazing. I recommend PARADE and if any show goes to this theater you want to see all seats seem to be good. A true experience.

This theatre is smaller and intimate, which is great for views from most seats. It’s also one of the smaller seat sizes I’ve been in on Broadway. If you are a bigger person, or a person with long legs, you are going to be uncomfortable here. Be advised there are only drinks for sale at the bar (at least during the run of Company), no candy. We were running late and skipped lunch to make it, thinking we could get by on candy only to find there was none for sale. Don’t skip lunch! And maybe don’t over-schedule your day either.

I was thrilled to see Company (and Patti LuPone) from the second row and had a great vantage point. Loved that the merchandise was in the back of the theater as opposed to the lobby.

Prior to the show, it was a little confusing as the lines for Company and Come From Away merged together as the theaters are close to one another in proximity.

This was my first visit to this theatre and, although a huge theatre fan, my first visit to a Broadway show.

I had a great seat at the back of the stalls and saw Parade, which was excellent and a thoroughly great experience all-round. I was really impressed by how attentive and helpful the ushers were.

Excellent location in the heart of Broadway.

Highly recommend.

We came here to see the Iceman Cometh. Overall, the theatre was absolutely fine. Seats were somewhat comfortable. Legroom was a slight issue although it always is. The show was excellent and you should see Denzel act if you are a fan.

I very much wanted to see (and hear) "Betrayal" and therefore booked one of the "best" seats way up front in the Orchestra. Much to my disappointment, I unfortunately missed a lot of the script as I was not able to hear well particularly when the actors speak to the other actors - rather than to the audience. Very disappointed.

Had terrific seats for BETRAYAL. Good acoustics, friendly but firm ushers (helped get folks quiet) and great view. Ticket office really helped us when we got scammed and got us great seats.

I enjoyed seeing Betrayal, and Tom Hiddleston, Charlie Cox, and Zawe Ashton are phenomenal, but I was way up high in the mezzanine, and it was so hard to hear the dialogue - I missed a good 20-40% of the show because it was really hard to hear what the actors were saying. The only parts of the dialogue I can really remember where the parts when Robert was shouting. The staging was incredible, and the seeing the show was a pleasant experience, but I really wouldn't recommend any seats that aren't right up front, as you are liable to miss a lot of the dialogue otherwise.

Old theater, not a lot of legroom. Hiddleston very good, Cox even better. Ashton came off as very self-conscious, affected. Minimalist set, interesting staging. Emotional relationship drama with open ending.

I feel the subject matter would have played much better in black box, but was well done even so. It was amazing to see these actors stretch their chops for serious fare and we were incredibly lucky to get seats for this sold-out event.
