Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Always at the outlets shopping with the kids, some stores have closed post covid but it's still a nice selection to choose from. Plenty of parking here and security is always roaming the area. Bathrooms clean, so is the food court.

The outlets are located on I-30 near the intersection with I-430, about 12 miles from downtown Little Rock.
We arrived before noon and noticed that a number of the shops did not open until noon. However, we spent a couple of hours here shopping. Would like to commend the excellent service we enjoyed from the very friendly and helpful sales assistant in the Hilfiger store.

We were told, very rudely, that our 5 pound Pom (whom we were carrying) was not welcome. We will NEVER be back!

Love the way this mall is built, so much nicer than the other outlet malls I"ve been to. Love that they have a Lindt candy store, best chocolate ever.

I’m not a fan of outlets, but I’ve visited this place several times. There’s a good selection of stores, with many of them having a good selection of shopping choices. The walkways and grounds are always neat, clean and well maintained. The restrooms are okay, but it would have been nice if they had paper towels to dry your hands. I hate those air dryer things. The location is good because there’s a nice hotel nearby and decent eating options. If you’re thinking about visiting, consider the cooler months because it’s no fun walking to the different stores in hot temperatures.

They don’t let you walk around with your pet around the Outlets. My wife and I stopped recently when traveling and a very rude Security Guard told her our 6 lbs Miniature Schnauzer puppy was not allowed anywhere on the Outlets grounds.
If you’re going to be so rude and have a “No Pet Policy” then put up signs that states you’re no pet friendly. This is the first outdoor Outlets mall that is not pet friendly. My wife and I have stopped at many outlets in various states and never encountered this or been treated so rudely

If you don't mind the ins and outs this is a great shopping adventure with something for the whole family. Just make sure you have on a good pair of comfortable shoes and a refreshing treat to beat the heat.

There is a great selection here of inexpensive name brand stores (but be careful, not all are outlets.) My wife and I have been here several times and always leave with a few items that we picked up pretty cheap.

Not many of the stores in this mall are actually "outlets", but it's a cute little set-up. They do pictures with Santa & put up a gorgeous, big tree. One of my favorite things to do every year is come walk around at Christmas time at night when it's all lit up with a cup of cocoa just because it has that holiday feel-good. They also do many other events throughout the year.

We've needed something like this in this area for a long time! Great store variety! Really nice food court and we LOVE the jumbo checkers and nice seating areas (with fireplaces)!
