Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Always at the outlets shopping with the kids, some stores have closed post covid but it's still a nice selection to choose from. Plenty of parking here and security is always roaming the area. Bathrooms clean, so is the food court.

The outlets are located on I-30 near the intersection with I-430, about 12 miles from downtown Little Rock.

We arrived before noon and noticed that a number of the shops did not open until noon. However, we spent a couple of hours here shopping. Would like to commend the excellent service we enjoyed from the very friendly and helpful sales assistant in the Hilfiger store.

I am an avid shopper and love visiting outlet malls whenever I travel. I have to say that I was not impressed with this particular outlet. While it was clean and the people were nice, the selection of stores was underwhelming. There were some pretty good prices at Loft and Nike, but not enough to justify a trip unless you had already planned to go. This mall has a lot of potential but needs more stores!

We were told, very rudely, that our 5 pound Pom (whom we were carrying) was not welcome. We will NEVER be back!

They don’t let you walk around with your pet around the Outlets. My wife and I stopped recently when traveling and a very rude Security Guard told her our 6 lbs Miniature Schnauzer puppy was not allowed anywhere on the Outlets grounds.

If you’re going to be so rude and have a “No Pet Policy” then put up signs that states you’re no pet friendly. This is the first outdoor Outlets mall that is not pet friendly. My wife and I have stopped at many outlets in various states and never encountered this or been treated so rudely

Other Outlet Malls I have been to seem quite a bit more "Outlet" than this one. A large percentage of the shops here are pricing their merchandise at regular prices. You can go anywhere these shops are and get the same price. They do have some that are outlet priced. Food court is a little expensive. The outside is nice for walking around as long as its not raining or snowing.

The Outlets of Little Rock opened on October 15, 2015 and I decided to check it out. I discovered that it is located next to the Bass Pro Store, close to where I - 30 and I -430 come together. Traffic was routed to a road north of Otter Creek Parkway to get to the mall. A lot of people were there directing traffic, since many routes were blocked off for the opening day. It didn't take too long for me to reach the mall and find a parking spot, although most of the lot was already full when I arrived around 12 noon. The mall was larger than I expected, and it compared favorably to the Outlet Mall I visited on I -45 between Galveston and Houston, Texas. There were a lot of stores to visit, most selling clothing or shoes. There were a lot of happy shoppers. Like the mall near Galveston, around Dickinson, Texas, this mall had several wide pedestrian streets that you could walk along. One gets the feel of being in a modern town, with the streets lined with stores. I liked it. I like it was big, and new, and something Arkansas needs, and I congratulate the developer for helping to make Arkansas grow. For a full list of the new stores I suggest that you go to their website. One place I did shop was the Book Warehouse store, where you could obtain books for up to 70% off the list price. I found a lot of books that were interesting, and I liked not having to pay full price for them. If you happen to be visiting Little Rock, and you feel like shopping, I recommend coming to the Outlets of Little Rock. I liked it, and I will probably stop here again the next time I visit the city.

If you don't mind the ins and outs this is a great shopping adventure with something for the whole family. Just make sure you have on a good pair of comfortable shoes and a refreshing treat to beat the heat.

This is a very nice outlet mall. It was clean and they had various things kids could play on in the center area. We shopped at a few stores and the employees were all very friendly.

We enjoy shopping here as a family. It's a nice atmosphere. Not too crowded or congested. There is no riff raff. The setting is peaceful and you feel safe. You get great deals as well. The food court is ok but there is a chick fil a close by as well as a new restaurant Saltgrass. Across the way is Dave and busters as well as a few other eating spots you will enjoy. The area is growing tremendously and I can't wait to see what else is coming to this area. Very very nice indeed. Oh. If you wanna catch a movie there is also a movie tavern around the block. Love it!! So basically you can do it all in one spot.
