I was given tickets to Celtic Woman at this theater. It was awesome and the sound system brought every nuance even to the farthest seats. I would give it a five star rating but the farthest seats were where we were sitting and they were still super expensive. No one in the last 5 rows could sit straight. There was... More

I saw the play Annie at the Plaza Theater this week and it was great. But the highlight for me was the theater. The lights are still blinking on the ceiling as I remembered from when I was a teen watching a movie. The seating is roomy, and the renovations have highlighted the best of the theater? Definately a good... More

I have been here 3 times, Wicked, The Weird Al covert, and the recent Eric Idle and John Cleese show. Great venue to see any performance. The history of the building itself is reason enough to go but very beautiful decor and acoustics. Definite recommend catching a performance here or if possible just to walk around and appreciate the historical... More

If you haven't been to the Plaza Theatre since it was remodeled 10 years ago then you need to go. As good as the Theatres in New York City. Old theatre ambience. And it does have a wheelchair lift to the seating area. Bathrooms are a little hard to get to but old buildings are just that way.

I've seen many shows in this theater over the years. It's a beautiful, historic theater, but a bit small. Although they added new restrooms with numerous stalls, it still seems insufficient as the lines can get long during intermission. I do appreciate that they have been able to bring top Broadway shows over the years, and watching a show in... More

The BEST entertainment is booked @ The PLAZA Theatre .... Restored to its original setting (nearly 100 years old)

Had the opportunity to visit this magnificent theatre in El Paso, Texas while in the concert of Amanda Miguel and Diego Verdaguer. This is a small theatre with a two-story sitting. Seats are comfortable eventhough the place has been around for a long time. It opened back in 1930 and was know as El Paso Showcase. It remained closed several... More
