Ventura City Hall has lots to offer. From beautiful architecture and art work to a fantastic view over looking downtown and the ocean. With all the marble used in the building it is a sight to see. Worth the stop if you are in Ventura and want to see more history of the city.

The City Hall id over 100 years old and has been totally renovated. It was originally the Ventura County Government Center, which is why it is large and very impressive for a City of 100,000. Worth a visit and enjoy Downtown Ventura

You'd be hard pressed to find a more unique City Hall in the U.S.A. While San Francisco's City Hall evokes the elegance of Paris, Ventura's City Hall blends old world grace with modernity and a respectful nod to the city's mission history(complete with a stunning stunning statue of its namesake padre and monks faces peering out from the side of... Walked by the Buenaventura City Hall over a weekend. It was closed as it was Saturday evening. The building itself is a great side to see. Very picturesque building. Love the feel of a small town so close to the craziness of Los Angeles.

I love to go and stroll through the hallways looking at our City Hall's artwork. It's very inspiring and a lovely relaxing thing to do from time to time.

We happened in to City Hall just because, and found some wonderful art in the second story hallway. Unexpected - a nice surprise! And don't miss the botanical trail behind the parking lot, it's an easy climb with amazing vistas.

I have attended several events at the Ventura City Hall, including many church events and a wedding reception. The staff for events is very accommodating and helpful. They strive to ensure you are well cared for. The event rooms are very clean and well kept. The only issue I have ever encountered is that at one event that we had... More

One of the most beautiful buildings of Ventura. Father Serra's statue is standing in front of the building looking down California Street.

I was amazed as we drove up the hill toward the Ventura City Hall. It was very beautiful and impressive looking. It looked large enough to serve as something much larger than City Hall. The architecture was unique with all kinds of interesting details in the design. We were glad we chose to drive this direction to see it firsthand.
