There arent many former national parks out there, so that alone is worth a visit. The mineral springs are something to see and smell. Nice trails and the waters appeared to be popular with families. Nice way to spend a hot summer day.

We took a nice scenic drive through the park. It was before noon on a Saturday, and the crowds of people were just arriving. The highlight as always was the herd of Bison we saw!

This is a wonderful place for families. There are lots of things for children. And, the adults will enjoy it also. Camping, hiking, fishing and playing in the creek that runs through the park.

Relax with a cool swim in Spring-fed Water so clean you can drink it straight out of the river? How could this experience be anything less than a 5-star rating?
