On the Old Main Street of Wilcox is a nice, neatly maintained, museum dedicated to Marty Robbins, country singer. You enter the front door greeted by a very nice lady, and a very stocked gift shop with a nice gift shop filled with books, postcards, and some delightful Marty Robbins souvenirs. The museum, very affordable, is filled with Marty Robbins Memorablia. If you are a country western music fan, this is a nice aversion to your Highway 10 trip. Thank you.

We visited this after visiting the Rex Allen museum 2 doors West on the same street. I remember reading that this was moved here from West Phoenix. Luckily we were able to meet the owner and speak with her. I had read from previous posts that open hours were hit and miss. She mentioned that she has been down ill and had no one to mind the store for her. This is one person's collection of memorbilia and collectables, I felt that it was displayed very nicely. It was great to talk with the owner. $2 admission also. I recommend this if in the area

We were next door at the Rex Allen museum and saw this and thought we would give it a try. If you are a lover of Marty Robbins and his memory, this might be of some interest to you. There was a small fee for entry. There is not much here to see and we did not spend much time here.

For lovers of Marty Robbins and his memory, this is a wonderful tribute to his life. There was a small fee and it was well worth it. This is aimed toward adults and would not be of much interest to children.

We planned our trip to Willcox to visit both museums (Marty Robbins and Rex Allen) as the website said it was open on Mondays but unfortunately Marty's museum was not open and the hours posted on the door said it was closed on Sundays and Mondays. So disappointed.
