Dog walk

Lots of grass, picnic tables and history. There are tons of trails with one spectacular trail that goes along the bluff. Views of the sound are amazing.

Really good to hike, bicycle or drive from place to place. As a National Historic Site, it offers a varied experience including history and culture. Not your regular National site since there is no visitor center and the places to visit are wide spread. This, my third visit, the lighthouse was not open, but it could still be visited. Any... One of the most scenic places on Whidbey island. Views , Sunsets, Hiking and the Beach! Great place for sipping a glass of wine and watching the sun go down. It can be windy at times, bring some layers.

Wonderful hike out on the bluff trail then back via the shoreline. Saw a baby seal on the beach...and several red jellyfish on the sand. Very interesting. Really nice hike.

This is a very small site. But it's right in the heart of downtown Coupeville which is charming. I would not go out of my way unless you are planning on some shopping in the area.

We did a beautiful 2 hours stroll easy walk along the shore. The sunshine must be amazing! We saw lots of bird, a small sea lion. The air is good, good way to get fresh air and nice views of the bay.

Small and hidden away from crowds. Like Fort Casey, but a more personal experience. A great view of the sound and Port Townsend. Bring a kite cause it'll be nice and breezy.

Interesting but more information would be helpful, some boards provided but insufficient for full understanding.

This location has amazing views of Admiralty Inlet. You might actually see a pod of orcas swim by if you are exceedingly lucky! Just outside of the town of Coupeville this is a beautiful place to do some beach combing. Small parking lot and a self pay station - $10 fee for one day good at all state parks on... More

We stopped here when driving on the island. Informative people at the house, take the short walk to the water for spectacular views.
