This is a sight worth stopping at if you like historical fire apparatus. In the first firehouse, lots of old type fire trucks, equipment. Little children LOVED it. Clean bathrooms, small gift shop, Free plus donation.

This is the place for you if you love all things fireman. Great collection of historic early fireman's artifacts. It is not a large place but they do have quite of information packed in here.

Get out at 2nd street station subway and walk up 2nd street past the famous Elfreth alley and you will find it on the same side,(15 mins walk) from the subway. Entrance is at the side. It is free but they ask for a donation...More
