Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A relatively small mall with a nice domed glass ceiling and when I visited in December the Xmas Tree was beautiful. There were a few shops I wanted to visit and they had what I was after. It was also opposite my hotel so very handy. If you are a hardened serious shopper though you may want to find a larger mall.

Nice, clean, and airy experience in the heart of the city. Small shopping mall, but enough to kill an hour or two. There is a good variety of food choices, and a couple good stores, but mostly the skylight dome is the cool feature of the facility. Clean bathrooms are a plus, as well as being attached to the Westin Hotel.

It’s nothing to write home about. It’s clean and all that however it just has the typical mall basics. In fact probably it’s only defining feature setting it apart from any other average mall in the country is that this is the way one would access the observation deck of One Liberty Place.

There’s a factory/outlet stores there including Bloomingdales. I only went there because I was visiting Philly for work and realized I needed another blouse to wear! So I popped in as it was a short walk from the Sonesta where I was staying and luckily found something at the Loft Factory store.

There are not many stores here and the stores are smaller version of chains. The food court lacks basic places like Macdonalds or Burger King. Better stres on the Walnut and Chestnut ST

it's a cute old little place with some shops and a food court. It has an old classic feel, not your new modern big mall place, the place is dim and dark, but they have a Bloomingdales outlet and the people that work there are nice and it has a lot of awesome deals.

I absolutely enjoyed a little shopping here. They have everything from Express to a Bloomingdales outlet store. There are 2 levels of shops and a food court as well. I think it's worth a stop if you have the time.

A friend who lives in Philadelphia took me here for a visit. It only opened on Thanksgiving 2015. What a place to visit, the views are spectacular. You have a 360o vista of all Philadelphia and way out to New Jersey and beyond. The best time to go is mid morning on a bright sunny day because if its hazy your vista is not as good.

The Fire & Ice Jewelry store on the 2nd level had a 40% off sale. There was a good assortment of semi-precious jewelry and bought a lovely laborite ring.
