Have you ever seen Rocky? Then you will have seen this statue in the movies, it is fun when you get a chance to check this statue out face to face. It's very surreal.

Going to this area required a long walk but it was worth it. The only complaint that I had was there is a homeless man who would constantly bother people into taking pictures with the statue.

I know this is just a statue. But it is also a symbol. Everyone knows the film and the story of a guy who never gives up. And one can easily believes that it was Rocky IV who ended up the Cold war :) I am a boxing fan and I like Rocky films very much, so it was must... More

Fun to be photographed by the stature if you are a Rocky fan. Nothing more spectacular than that. It is really a diversion from the main and truly marvelous attraction, the Museum.

Best part of my trip. My driver took me by the steps and statue so I could run them before I left. What a treat!

The Rocky Statue itself is much bigger than I imagined. There was only a small line but picked up pose ideas when it was our turn. The steps to the Museum of Art were being decorated for the Thanksgiving Parade but we still managed a run to the top! You can't miss it.

We have to put our hands up and admit that we have never seen one of the "Rocky" films. Nevertheless, it is a fine monument placed adjacent to the famed Steps. With a long queue waiting to be photographed striking the pose, we are clearly missing out. On our return to the UK we will watch Rocky 1 at an... More

I was a very little girl when Rocky came out, so it was my initial exposure to "modern" Philadelphia. Of course I learned about the founding of the USA there, but to see it it was via Rocky running up the steps of the Museum of Art with City Hall behind him. To go see the statue and do the... More
