Perfect for my 7 and 9 year olds (who are into history). Cool location - a couple minutes walk from independence hall. Super friendly park rangers. We got free admission as part of a parks program for families of 4th graders! There was a little scavenger hunt that the kids did in the museum. It was a "please touch" kind... More

The best part of this museum is the reconstructed outlines of Ben Franklin's home outside of the museum. There were some cutaways to show you the original foundation and to explain the lay out of the home. The inside had a lot of interactive and oddly animated exhibits which were different and pretty unique Once you get past the unusual... More

Everything you want to know about Franklin including his humor, inventiveness and statesmanship. Nicely done.

This museum has few original structures but is chock full of information about Ben Franklin. The exhibits vary in target audience age, type and content. There was very little interaction with national park guides.

We stopped in for the kids. $2 for kids and I think $5 for adults. The kids had lots of hands on activities and there was plenty of information for the older ones. Huzzah!

First, in the scope of attractions this one is not special. It is cool that Philadelphia chose to honor it's favorite son and it's also cool that the nation decided to make it even more important that putting under the direction of the National Park Service - however there is not a lot to see here and most of the... They had the opportunity to do so much here, and while the exhibits were ok - it could have been so much better! The exterior pieces (footprints of franklins house etc) was very interesting. Unfortunately the print shop was closed.

This was not a planned trip for us. As we were walking down to the liberty bell we noticed it and went in. Cheap! $2 for kids and $4 for adults. It had interactive thing for kids but not much for adults. It is quick, about 1/2 of an hour, you should be there due to the fact it is... More

This museum was small, but it was fun! Lots of interactive bits and pieces. And the admission was only like $5 or something. Worth a trip.

This museum was laid out well and the history set out chronologically. Genuinely interesting and informative. Lots of interactive displays.
