even at the end of September the weather was good enough to wander through here - several food and beverage outlets and a nice park area with seats where you can sit and watch the world go around. Plenty of activities in the area also

This park is so beautiful. There are lights in the trees and hammocks that you can lay in as you listen to music from the harbour. If you visit Philadelphia, you should really try to visit this place. You won't regret it.

If you are in Philly check out the waterfront down by Harbor Park by Spruce Street. There are several restaurants like the Mosulu, and many things to do like go on navy vessel or submarine.
