We have done several tours in Gettysburg. When we seen a haunted bar tour thought it would be great. We were very disappointed. Tour guide had terrible story telling skills. It was like she was making it up as she went along. I'm a fan...More
We paid for tour on Thursday night. We were there about 1/2 early and waited for about 15 minutes past start time of tour. No one showed up or called us to cancel. I would NEVER deal with them again and tell people to not...More

Unbelievable, not the the ghosts, but the fact that the guide was a ghost because they never showed. There were 4 of us and another couple. (Prepaid $20 each) waiting for over 45 minutes while the kind neighboring store tried to reach them.
We had a reservation for Saturday evening for the haunted pub tour. We gathered 15 minutes early,as suggested, in the designated location and waited 45 minutes and NO ONE came to give the tour. The gentleman who runs the souvenir store next to 9 Steinwher...More

Hello, we went to the covered bridge, which did have some action, while at the bridge we visited an area that was a battlefield hospital, but we couldn't go in, had a great time and I would do it again. Now as for actually visiting the battlefield, none of the ghost tours can visit the battlefields at night, but you do border right up to them. We did two different tours and they both said that if you cross that line then the park police will have you arrested for relic hunting, which is why you can get right up to the border but not onto the field. Now with that being said during the civil war there was battle action everywhere even in town. So I would say that you are on the battle field areas but just not in the big areas that you tour during the day. Hope that helps
