We went to the Alhambra Dinner Theatre last Friday to see 1776. Great play, very entertaining. We were very disappointed in the meal. The soup was cool--not even warm. Our table of 5 had the beef dinner. The beef was so tough we had a...More

Great performances, reasonably priced and nice wait staff. As one of the few remaining dinner theaters in the country, it is always a treat to visit. Owner Craig Smith has carried on its tradition and consistently delivers talent, fun and an enjoyable experience.

A wonderful night out with my parents and husband to see Kiss Me Kate. The show was spectacular and food was delicious as always. Our waitress, Ivy, was personality plus! Very attentive to our table!

First the good news. The Kiss Me Kate cast was excellent, with several Alhambra regulars performing to high standards of singing and dancing. Our server was fine, courteous and efficient. The bad news is that the show was boring and tedious. Try as hard as...More

The voices were wonderful but some of the cast got lost so there were gaps in the show. Most of the times we have seen shows they were very good but not this time, we left early and we were not the only ones. The...More

My sister, niece and I went to see Little Shop of Horrors at the Alhambra. The parking is plentiful - even handicapped - and the staff is friendly yet professional. We found our table easily - but the drawback (for us) was it was a...More

Once you log onto the Alhambra web site, you can check the availability of seating for each day and time. There are tables for 4 or 6 people, so you will always be sharing a table with others. This actually leads to added... More

There are not many options in and around the dinner theater. You should check the hotel listings for Jacksonville Beach. It is a very quick 10-15 minute drive to the theater.

The show's typically run about three hours with a break of about 15-20 minutes. I think anytime you are seeing a show aimed at a younger audience, things are much more kid-friendly. The atmosphere is very warm and the staff... More
