My husband and I took the 1-hour guided tour which walked us through the process from buying the components to packaging then tasting the finished product. You get a glass of beer at the tap room with an etched AB glass as a souvenir. The only negative was that the Clydesdales are no longer at this location.

Very good and very nice tour. Very comprehensive and well explained tour and our tour guide was very knowledgeable. The only thing we were sorry was not available were the Clydesdales. They were not at the Jacksonville location. Overall awesome.

The Clydesdale horses were at the plant. I was able to walk around them and see them in the "stables". Barley the dog was there also. He was very friendly. The tour was self guided and free. They even gave you a sample of the beer. I stayed and watched them hitch the horses to the wagon and walk them... More

They offer 4 levels of tours. Since we didn't want to part with any cash we selected the complementary tour. You start off with a sample of Budweiser and follow the signs. The static displays are informative and plentiful. There's plenty of room for viewing the various production areas and a great tap room at the end of the tour.... More

The brew masters tour was very informative considering I have been imbibing for many years. Always had a bit of a reaction to rice products if in excess, yet a good cold lager is wonderful to enjoy.

This was a nice stop not to out of the way, to spend a hour or so before we went on cruise. Self guided tour and the tasting room were nice and relaxing. Sipped a beer while watching the bottles go by.

Jack was a fantastic teacher about how to drink beer if you want to taste the full flavor. This tour is totally worth $15 because you get 5 beers to taste during the class and 4 to taste after, plus a glass and bottle opener. Definately a must on a visit in Jacksonville. Thanks Jack for making the class so... More

Opt for the private tour. The tour guide had a plethora of knowledge about the history of AB. Anyone that considers themselves a connoisseur of beer can see first hand how one plant makes and distributes millions of beers a day. Drinking from the vat was an extra plus.
