Booking was very easy. Follow-up was great. Sean was a highly professional, friendly chauffeur. He was very helpful in assisting my wife in and out. This was a trip to take the grandchildren to the circus and they were thrilled to be treated like adults by Sean.

Selecia was our driver and she was not only a professional, but fun. She picked us up, on time, from my nephew's home in Fleming Island and took us to the Jacksonville airport. The Navigator was immaculate, roomy, comfortable and SAFE. I unfortunately forgot a favorite sweater in her vehicle, which she promptly mailed back to me. I highly recommend Jax Black Car Transportation.

Decent beachside hotel in Jax Beach, room was clean and comfortable. The pool is beachside and well maintained, ALSO when it’s cool out they heat it up to 85 degrees which is really nice!

The service at this hotel needs somer serious improvement.
We were supposed to check in on the 16th of Aug, but didn't arrive til about 12:30 AM. The night auditor lady was very sweet and nice. She offered us free late check out on Sunday at 12 PM, if we needed it. Person at valet was also very nice.
Now day shift crews are not as good! During our stay, multiple issues occur. Toilet seat almost falls off. My daughter almost fall into the toilet. One of the light doesn't turn on near the bed. After talking to them couple times, finally I guess sit was fixed. The person also left what they used in the bathroom....
Now, we were taking shower, the soap holder literally falls apart. One of the bottle fell on top my daughter's head. Call the front desk asked to speak with MOD, nope not available. WOW I been working for different hotel chains, never heard there is no MOD. She said call in the morning at 10 AM. Then I asked, can we stay late check out tomorrow, she said "NO" (really rude), won't even let the customer finishes his sentence. She was like $50 dollar til 2 PM.
How does it makes sense, when the first lady we encountered at 12:30 AM on 08/17 said we could have free late check out at 12, now another person saying na nothing is free....
Honestly, I really want to like this property, but the service is simply not good at all SMH.

Pros - Beautiful rooms and very clean. Love that there is a restaurant/bar on site which we did the first night after a long day of travel. Right on the beach. Near the pier. Staff very friendly. Stunning sunrises.
Cons - Parking. $27-$32 Per Day to park! The valet guys are awesome though. Text and car is ready when you get off elevator. There is zero water pressure. Took forever to shower with trickling water. There are 4 hangers and 3 tiny draws. There is no place to hang wet towels. One hook on wall. With shower towels and beach towels and wet suits, drying was challenging. I had to open fridge cupboard doors, vanity doors and use the luggage stand to try to dry things! That was annoying on a 5 day stay. Shower has no door. Water goes all over floor. We had an adjoining room and the first night the people next door were so loud you could hear them through the door. Pool is tiny and is on east side so loses sun behind the building. Have to rent beach chairs etc if needed.
Would I stay again...ehh probably not for a long stay. Nothing to do within walking distance at all.

Hotel was clean and nice. Heated pool and restaurant on site (we didn’t eat there). Beach access beside the hotel. We booked thru Agoda and the hotel won’t add club points unless you do direct. Check in clerk wasn’t friendly (all business). Checkout clerk and valet were great. We got room 431 ocean view double queen and there’s an open terrace any quest has access too so no privacy on the 4th floor balcony (see pic) We seen the ocean from a distance (not the beach from 4th floor) so be careful of room location and partial ocean views don’t really have a balcony. We tried to see the sunrise and people were standing outside our room so NOT private. Last night kids playing football out there and ball landing in balconies and they would just climb over onto your balcony and get the ball. No Margaritaville signature smell when you enter the hotel. The towels did smell like Margaritaville.

We loved the views! We came with a group of fans to attend a Jacksonville Jaguars NFL game. The hotel has complimentary bath robes and amazingly comfortable beds with soft linens and pillows. The waterfall shower was fabulous. We will definitely stay here again!

Had a great long weekend at Margaritaville Hotel in Jax Beach. Had a room with partial sea and pier view. Room was spacious, quiet, comfortable and clean.
Had a drink in both bars, which were busy when the weather was good.
Would return and stay there if in the area again.
Only negatives:
Weak water pressure in room, but useable.
Valet parking was $27.00 per night plus tax !!!
But there was plenty of free public parking close by

This is a really nice hotel, the bars were great, the food was good. The mango chicken salad is amazing! The rooms are really nice and clean it’s right on the beach and we saw the dolphins on our 6am walk down the pier. A great stop off point when flying into Jacksonville. The staff were lovely & helpful.

Choice of vehicle, number of passengers, number of stops and other offerings can all effect a fare.
