We stayed on the Riverwalk. Super easy walk to everything. Great for everyone in the family. You can walk to restaurants, breweries and shopping downtown. Can't say enough about what the Riverwalk does for the town!

Astoria is a great place to visit! Great food, cute to nice accommodations. Interesting history about the Pacific end of the Lewis and Clark expedition. Great fresh seafood. This is a town worth poking around.

So much to see on this walk. Take your camera. Funky bars and restaurants dot the way. Old industry gives way to new promise. Walk one direction and take the Trolley line back makes for a wonderful couple hours.

Easy flat trail along the river. We had perfect weather for a walk when our cruse ship stopped here. Several local artisans right at the pier.

We enjoyed walking on the trail & even saw some seals & sea lions while enjoying the view, we didn't ride on the trolley but it looked like a great way to enjoy seeing the sights along the river.

The walk parallels the trolly. You see the working businesses along the river plus a spectacular view of activity along the river. You see freighters along with recreational fishermen.

Walkers on their phones not paying attention. Caution with the trolley tracks. Transients begging. Great river views. Brewing every couple of blocks. Enjoy

Lovely breeze and views of pilings from many old canneries. There is an hourly shuttle for $1 each way, but unless you have mobility issue, the walk involves no hills and is very pleasant. You pass a few restaurants, too.

This river walk is a lot of fun. You get to see many boats and many birds while enjoying a beautiful bridge. Then along the path you will find breweries, ice cream shops and museums. I recommend hopping on the trolley to go through the...More
