I love history, but I thought there would be more to see here. Luckily we were able to use our national park pass to look at the one attraction in this park, the fort made by the Columbia River.

Huge fan of historic sites and American history in general. We watched a demonstration on musket loaders, learned about calligraphy and explored the historic fort. The museum is small, but very informative, with lots of items on exhibit.

We were here on official business, but really enjoyed our visit. The park is in a beautiful setting with lots of hiking trails. And it's really fun to explore the history of Lewis and Clark.

These two guys traveled from Missouri to the west coast of what became Oregon. If one remembers the sojourn, one can appreciate the temerity and dedication by the two heroes. The park is vast. Rivers, mountains and the sea. Take a peak at a facsimile...More
