Been here quite a few times. Good sound, nice atmosphere. Some seats have side views which can be hard on the neck after a while. Seats run a bit small and high food and beverage costs.

This was my first visit to this arena and traveled to see the Smashing Pumpkins. The venue is centrally located and easy to reach if your hotel is in the downtown area. The arena itself is outdated which is apparent once inside. The seating in...More

Do you like cramped seating? Then Royal Farms Arena is your place. I felt like my knees where in my nostrils--the rows are so tight. Maybe this is an okay place to see/hear a concert, but the Cirque ice show on the entire bottom floor...More

Went here for a concert, pre paid and parked across the street. There was plenty of staff to help and everyone was friendly. Bathrooms were in decent shape for having a sold out concert. Food choices could be better and the number/lettering on the seats...More

The staff here is incredibly rude. Honestly, I would drive several hours further to see a concert rather than come back here.

As you plan to have thousands of people attend a concert, you need to have more women's restrooms available. So if you plan to see a concert at this venue, remember to use it while your favorite band is playing or wait until the intermediate,...More

Very easy to navigate, plenty of parking in the area and easy to locate staff made for a great experience overall. Our floor seating was TIGHT but we could see Alan Jackson very well, so it was worth it. It isn’t the most beautiful locale,...More

Try the Pratt Street Ale House. Just a couple of blocks from the Arena. Outdoor seating, good food and atmosphere. Others nearby, plenty to do if you arrive early. Have fun!
