Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a dead mall.

Come dance with the beautiful ghosts, the homeless killed it, along with the rest of the center of the city.

The Market Place died early on, but the rest has followed-once this was a fun area. The east side of the harbor developed slowly, then stalled.

Sad but true.

Power Plant Baltimore was a great time out! There were lots of bars & restaurants to stop in. The crowd was good, everyone seemed to be dancing & having a good time. The weather was great and there is alot going on outside as well as inside so you basically walk through everything. There was a live band that kept things going. One bar had an air hockey table, jenga, rockem sockem robots! Definitely a good time for everyone!!!! :))

The place is an old one as you might expected. The layout is difficult due to the restrictions of the old design. The music is good but the food is not great. The most important thing is the company. Go with friends to have a good time

I enjoy visiting this venue. The restaurants and shops have been converted to useful and attractive places. I was especially moved by the artifact from the New York Twin Towers. The 911 Memorial is sharing pieces of the towers with the country. Baltimore has a large piece of structural steel beam mounted on a marble slab and engraved with names of the deceased from 911 that day. We shall never forget.

After about 3 visits to my see my sister in Baltimore we finally made plans to go out to Power Plant to have a few drinks and enjoy an evening on the town. I knew there was a lot of fun to be had, when we arrived and there were literally 4 or 5 bars right in front. I was not disappointed, though I will say it is a younger and "straighter" crowd than I am used to. Nonetheless, we were treated well and everyone seemed to be having a good time. We only stopped at two bars, a rock-bar and a county-bar. They were both very busy around 10PM on a Saturday night-but not so packed you could not get around. I am not sure if there was a cover for the individual bars as a member of our party was disabled and we were given access to the elevators by the bar manager. There was no cover to get in to the complex-though I heard that this is not always the case.

A fun place to visit and an easy jumping off point to finding other great bars in the area!

I stopped in Baltimore on a recent road trip and visited the Inner Harbour. Just beyond the Harbour is the Power Plant. There is a huge branch of Barnes & Noble (bookstore) and that building is topped by a large guitar branded with Hard Rock Cafe. The bookstore was a great place to visit and the building is a great photo op.

This is our second trip to the inner harbor , it's usually a cool hang out spot with a couple of nice bars and a club or two. However this particular weekend was like some death metal convention so it was completely taken over by that. Did not like it at all, death metal is not my thing personally. But that just so happened to be the weekend we were there. We will definitely try again another time

Really pretty bookstore with the most unique setup I've ever seen-with a great view of inner harbor.

It's at least 3 stories, maybe 4? The coffee shop is on the second floor. Tons of seating, and an aquarium, or the escalator to watch if you're not into drowning inside a book.
