Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Arrived slightly prior to our reservation time to find the place packed and a 1 hr 45 min wait if you didn’t have a reservation. So glad we did! We were seated right on time and a server quickly came over to get our orders. The only thing I was disappointed about was the first thing the waiter said was please by patient with me about the menu I am new and can only answer to the best of my ability. Don’t start with that because I now have low expectations for this entire meal. I didn’t know the house margarita came with old bay salt on the rim. I was not a fan of that and rubbed it off a section of glass I could drink the margarita from. We ordered spinach artichoke dip which was very good and the chips we could have each a whole bag alone! The pulled pork sandwich was absolutely amazing! I could eat that everyday. My only complaint was the coleslaw had zero sauce to it which resulted in zero flavor. The ranch beans? Keep them off the plate next time. My husband had ribs and pulled pork plate and said it was delicious. The server was friendly and checked in appropriately. Our biggest complaint was the whole hour we were there a band was setting up to play and her heard check check check for an entire hour.

Food great. Service even better. Memorabilia takes you back. And the servers have a lot to share. Exhibits are awesome.

We bought Expedia Vouchers for priority sitting and special menu including 2 course meal, chief's special desert and soft drink. No one from staff knew about this kind of voucher, they were confused about special menu. 4 people tried to solve our problem(including manager of restaurant), but only solution they could offer us - was only one burger or sandwich, soda and chocolate chip cookie (like chief's special desert). Each voucher costs $28, but burger, cookie and water doesn't equal this price at all. I would not recommend to buy any promotions from Hard Rock Cafe anywhere. The staff doesn't know what to do. Food was delicious.

All-Access worthless!

1 hour wait at 11:30 am when restaurant opened at 11 am! No priority with all access card. 0bviously need more staff due to pandemic. They should have a sign that states limited seating. Phillips next door had no wait and plenty of staff!!

Enjoyed dinner here on a quick getaway with our family. Wasn’t too busy on a Tuesday for dinner which was nice. Food and service was average. But I think you pay for the atmosphere here. I would probably stick to local restaurants from now on and not chains. But it was a good meal! They had a live band playing outside which was fun to listen to when we were done with our meal.

We ate here prior to a ballgame at Camden Yards. Good food and cold beer. The best part was when we told the waitress it was out grandsons 18th birthday, so she told us that should would take care of him. She brought him a brownie with ice cream and hot chocolate. Then took his hand and walked him to the stage and announced “Attention everyone in the restaurant, this is my friend AJ and he turned 18 today. Please, on the count of three, wish him happy birthday.” And everybody in the restaurant, on three, wished him a happy birthday. That was cool and he was so embarrassed but happy!

Visiting Baltimore for a few days from Ireland.
Had a beer in Tir Na Og, then strolled around the water to the Hard Rock Cafe at around 5PM, sat up at the bar with my wife, ordered a beer and a glass of wine for my wife.
They then asked for ID! I am 54, grey beard and grey hair, my wife is 53, we are no spring chickens!
They refused to serve us!
Other people at the bar were flabbergasted.
This is complete nonsense, maybe Hard Rock Cafe think it’s a great policy, you are wrong! It’s NONSENSE!
In Ireland we do not walk around with our passports.
Our kids in their 20s do carry ID as they expect to be asked for it, and rightly so.
Do you allow staff discretion?
I Won’t ever set foot in a Hard Rock Cafe anywhere in the world again, its overpriced anyway.
Cheers Baltimore!
