Fun stop for GA gifts

Flavored olive oils, balsamic vinegars, butters, and wines from Georgia. A good stop to cool off and do some tastings. Pick up some gifts.

Very nice staff and wine was not type I would normally drink but very tasty. Gave us interesting tidbits of info too. Art on bottle as good as wine.

We were strolling by and saw this tasting room. Stopped in and we went to the back of the shop where the owner was sitting and requested a wine tasting. The tasting was $5.35. He spoke to us about each of the wines. They were different from all the wines we've had in the past but they were pretty good.... More

Not sure why there have been bad reviews because our experience was phenomenal! Ladies weekend (4 of us) the first Friday of December. Ken and Judy were great and the shop is just too cute. 2 of us were already familiar with some of the Meinhardt Wines. Of the other 2, 1 friend just wasn't a "wine drinker". We did... More

Don't order anything to be shipped from the City Market location because the folks don't know how to package their products for intact delivery. I just received a package of four 16 oz jars of product and found that one jar was broken. The box the jars were delivered were not marked this side up or fragile. The individual jars... More

It appears there have been numerous complaints about the customer service and spoiled wine. I can't speak to the latter yet, but from my experience, the customer service was pretty decent. The female owner was working the tasting bar. She provided answers to all my questions, and it was pleasant experience on a Sunday afternoon. I guess time will tell... More

It was 7 of us and the guy was absolutely wonderful and the wines were delicious He let us taste almost all the wines...we were for sure buzzin! Good thing we were walking :-) A couple of us bought a couple of bottles home. Its a bummer... More

I walked into this store to purchase wine to send home to New York. The gentleman who was in the store was not overly friendly, but not overly nice either. I purchased my wine and also inquired about shipping home pecans. The man had to call another store inorder to get pricing. We were home two weeks and I did... More

Really enjoyed the tasting experience. Although they were out of several types of their wines the sales rep was really nice and informative about the flavors that were available. If you love muscadine wine this is a must on your Savannah to do list.

My parents were visiting from out of town and wanted to sample some wine. When we walked in we were completely ignored and the two other cutomers that walked in after us. The two people working the store were to busy discussing politics to care about customers! The sad part is my parents always end up buying 1-2 cases of... More
