A bit expensive for spending the tour with other people, but overall a nice view of the city and a good historical overview if you have never been there before.

Carriage rides are one of my 2 favorite things to do on a vacation, so I always look forward to them. This one was ok. Usually, in the other cities we have visited, the tours have provided much more history as we move throughout the city, and typically you can get some good photos. However, this one seemed minimal on... More

We did the mixed tour which is both the history of savannah and a mix in of the ghost atorues. Very knowledgeable guide and entertaining. You see many of the famous hot spots of savannah.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. It turned out that our guide, Beth, is a middle school teacher. She was very friendly and informative. We did a private tour so it was just my family. I recommend a tour especially if you are new to Savannah. This is an excellent way to get to know the city. Also, Justin the guy... More

Received a carriage tour as a Christmas gift. My wife and I had already toured most of downtown the day before via our walks. The carriage visited many of the same sites and gave additional background information not found on the plaques. On Friday December 26th we were on a public tour and it was exceptional. The guide was friendly,... More

On the spur of the moment we tried to reserve a private carriage but we were told they were sold out. Instead we reserved public carriage space. When we got to the stop we found a private carriage was available as a couple cancelled so we jumped on it! A wise decision. We got to see some things a little... More

I loved the carriage ride! The lady driving us was very knowledgeable of the information she gave us. Our horses were Jebb and Murphy! They were awesome. The guy told us our ride was leaving at 2:20 and he was right on the dot! I like that we didn't have to wait around until 2:30 or 2:45. They are really... More

While we were in Savannah, we took a private carriage ride with Carriage Tours of Savannah. It was great one-hour ride through parts of Savannah. There were four of us in our party. Our guide and driver was Ally, and she did a great job. She has a very good sense of humor, and filled our tour with very interesting... More

Riverwalk was interesting and cold. the cold clipper came in that day and it was windy. So much to see there is an elevator at Bull st so you don't have to walk those steps. Stayed at the holiday inn express and that was very nice hotel with breakfast. Center Market was nice ate at Belfords and had to try... More

We decided to take a ghost tour. We had choices. Take one of the walking tours and walk ourselves, or ride behind a beautiful horse and listen to the majestical clip-clop. We went with the carriage tour and had NO regrets! Our horse was a Belgian named Shea and our guide was Alyssa. Both were great! We were totally satisfied... More
