A little of everything. They change their shows frequently so you will see something different every time you go. We went as part of SCAD weekend and had free admission with the tour. The creativity of the artists was so amazing. Art work in all...More

Honestly, after being in all types of art museums in New York, Chicago, and several cities in Europe, I found this collection a very poor joke. Even the temporary Rodin exhibition wasn't impressive.

Great way to beat the heat and see some lovely art as well. We did this as part of the art museum tour pack. Well worth it

Visited here as my daughter is an art student. It's not a huge museum, but plenty to look at. What I really enjoyed were the student docents at each exhibit. They were readily available to explain or answer questions about the exhibit they were stationed...More

They were changing out several exhibits while we were there, so there wasn’t as much to see, but the admission was 50% because of this. Nice way to spend an hour or so

We parked in the historic district and decided to walk to the SCAD. It's a nice walk. If you carry a water bottle the give you a tag to check it at the counter. We received discounted entry because they're changing and creating some exhibits....More

This museum had a few exhibits, but was overall pretty small. Finished the exhibit in less than an hour. I wish each exhibit had a deeper explanation/ artist's message. There were workers there who offered a brief background explanation, but some were too busy talking...More

My daughter is an artist which is the reason we were here. We had to attend the art museum and she was very impressed. It was very interesting and we loved visiting.

I agree that this is a good art museum for families-not just galleries of paintings. That said, some twelve year old boys might not find this as interesting as other outdoor activities in the area.

I don't recall the price of admission. The museum is open to the public, no SCAD connection is necessary. They have student docents who approach you if you look bewildered and have questions, and they're a great resource... More
