Forsyth Park with its beautiful fountains is worth the trip. My daughter and I spent about an hour taking in the beauty of the park. The walk is worth your time. Even in winter this is still a wonderful park!

If you are in Savannah and like being outside you must go here. Beautiful, medium-sized public park, with ample room to play sports, toss a frisbee, run the perimeter, have a picnic, read, etc.

We stayed at The Mansion, bought a blanket and enjoyed a long afternoon nap in this park. What a treat.

We went over to the park to walk through the farmer's market and found the rest of the park had a lot to offer and was a pleasant stroll.

This is a beautiful park. Pets are allowed on leash or closely supervised. The park is divided into sections of activity. The large grassy area is for pets to run, people to lounge, or picnic. There is a confederate soldier statue that was made in Canada and shipped to Savannah. In another section there is a playground, concession and restrooms.... More

This is a 30 acre park in the heart of Savannah. It is pet friendly and has a concert stage for shows on the lawn. A large wrought iron fountain stands at one end of the park. There is a statue of a rough rider being that they staged in the park at one time. There were fake forts in... More

We have walked the park end to end and enjoyed all the locals enjoying a warm Sunnyvale Saturday. The fountain is majestic and the park history interesting. All the kids were having a great time.

This park is lovely. The trees are exceptionally well kept, there are delightful play areas for children, and a very pleasant Park Cafe. There we met Jocelyn, who works in the Cafe and gave a us an amazing amount of information about Savannah. The Cafe is reasonably priced and the Park is a great place to picnic and walk. The... A very nice well kept park in the historic district. A beautiful fountain. We just enjoyed a nice stroll through the park and the farmer's market that was there that day.
