We can see how the park will be even nicer in warmer weather but strollers and dog walkers enjoyed the park even in January. The views of Boston make this a good place for picture taking. We combined this with a tour of the auto museum and will return on a day that has a car show on he lawn.

Really fun and affordable Ice Rink. Visited with the kids and they had a blast. The entry and rental fee was very reasonable and easy to navigate. They also have snacks and hot beverages. They even lent a hockey stick and puck to my son so he could play in the side area available. Make sure to check the public... More

If you have kids of grandkids who are car enthusiasts take them to the auto museum on the grounds of this gorgeous park. There is something for everyone here! Beautiful things to see on a stroll, and the kids love seeing the Anderson family's old cars from years ago - one even had a toilet for long trips! Auto lawn... More

went here as a kid many times for school trips. It's still just as beautiful, peaceful and clean as it ever was. The car museum located in the park is excellent, brings you to another time and place. Really nice place.

Every year our club has a cookout/picnic at The Shelter in the park. It is a very popular venue and we have to reserve it in January for Labor Day (there's also a substantial fee). However there are many places to picnic that do not have those requirements. The landscaping and maintenance are excellent. The only low point are the... More

Great option for the automobile and history afficionado , for special events and just to see a wonderful view of Boston. There are cars with attributes from back when that you would not expect - a great green expanse for tented events as well.

I go here with my family, I go here to take photos for my business and the park is always beautiful. In the winter there is an outdoor ice rink with a snack bar and ice skate rentals, if needed. They have a playground, barbecue grills to rent. The top has views of Boston. There is also an auto museum... More

Beautiful park, nice place for photos, yucky bathrooms. There are fields for sports, a car museum nearby and a playground for the kids, as well as fields to walk in etc.

We visiting this park after going into the auto museum and were very pleasantly surprised. We took a walk around the grounds and it was so stunning and well taken care of. There were a couple of sculptures to look at, people flying kites, and a great view (probably better once the leaves fall!) of the Boston skyline. It would... More
