I dont know if it was a "one off", but I happened to be there when they had live music by Earl Hughes. I havent seen/heard him in years but did recognize him. Loved the music. The wait staff were very friendly amd attentive. Be forewarned, no food is served.

This is a fantastic dive. Cash only, full bar, smoking allowed. Loud jukebox with live music on Thursdays I think. What really makes it is the grassy area outback where you can toss cornbags and hang out in a more mellow environment. Friendly bartenders too.
