We visited on a sunny Saturday in late July and I would HIGHLY recommend it. I can't think of a better way to get an idea for the local flavors and culture than to stroll through a farmers market. Coming from California, we were very...More

Compared with the Anchorage Farms Market and the annual Fairbanks State Fair (4-13 August in 2017), this is a place one can forget about. Pretty small with few choices of food. The vegetables are fresh but not as impressive as advertised. The State Fair is...More

This market had a wide variety of local crafts, from woodworking, to soaps, lots of jewelry. There were food stand offering prepared foods from many cultures. Varied street musicians, too.

We stopped on a Wednesday and picked up some fresh veggies for ourselves and some Alaskan-made crafts for gifts.

We stopped here on Sunday and unfortunately the place was almost empty. The vendors told us that Saturday and Wednesday are the big days. On Sundays very few people were here.

Stopped by here on a whim and loved it. Beautiful fresh vegetables, homemade arts and crafts. Wonderful food. Can't brag enough about this place

We stopped by here on our way in to town on a Sunday. Apparently the big day is Saturday because there were only a couple vendors and food options. I bought some local jam and we had a snack of Nutella crepe. Then we went...More

Made sure during our month trip we would be here on the weekend for the market. Went on Sunday with great expectations. Very disappointed. Only 5 vendors. The one vender told us on Saturday there are 100 venders. I guess we missed out. No one...More

Pretty small but they said yesterday was better. Many more vendors than today. It is early in the season. The stoll had some outrageous priced stuff and your typical fruits and nuts that gravitate to these venues. I personally do not believe in healing by...More
