Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

That Void sounds great. Perfect for the style of music.
The place is cool, and the music too.
Great vibe. One of the best soundsystems I have ever enjoyed.

The best of the best in terms of club, music, drinks, people, and management. A perfect escape from real life. Best underground spot in NY.

Can’t go wrong with TBA. It has a very interesting vibe. Warehouse style space with a large bar and dance area - late night is always solid. Music is always on point.

After traveling from St.Thomas that had been recently ravaged by hurricanes and only having valid US Virgin Island ID the bouncer 'Marvin' refused to recognize it as valid yet IT IS UNITED STATES TERRITORY! We traveled with the ID and have booked a hotel with ID (we are well over 30 yrs old). A shame, if only the staff was aware of the tragedies and what people have actually lost and what people actually need a release from.

If you want to get a true sense of what the underground music scene in Brooklyn is all about, then stop through TBA. The crowd is great, the spot is super relaxed casual, great draft beers, cheap drinks (specials), empanadas, and fun DJs to boot. You can catch NYC resident DJs, plus out of towners. They are open almost every night of the week - go go go go!

I've been coming here since TBA's opened their doors a few years ago and I've never had less than a great experience. There's always a wide variety of underground house or techno each night with a warm, local, social vibe. Definitely the best place to pregame before going to that big club or warehouse spot later in the night. Also great for the weekdays when you just want to meet a group of friends after work and blow off steam dancing. Excellent cocktail & beer selections, and reasonably priced for Williamsburg. Oh, plus they have empanadas all night!
