I really enjoyed my 3 hour ride with Joe. He was nice, knowledgeable, and made me feel really at ease with my horse. This is a nice way to see the Gila Forest and was absolutely beautiful. If I am ever in Silver City again...More

Great way to see the country, without people around. After an initial scheduling mix-up, met with Joe and his horses and spent a lovely day riding through the Gila Forest and listening to Apache tales. And stopping at some old relic sights. Highly recommend it.

Had 6 hour ride from home base. Absolutely awesome. Joseph is well educated and a skillful guide. His horses are well trained and are not dude ranch nags. Joseph has the riders spread out on the range to minimize impact on the terrain. The horses...More

Excellent experience. Not for the novice horse riders. There will hardly be any comparable tour where you have the opportunity to enjoy nature and live the life which was common in the past. Just wandering for days in complete remote areas depending on your senses...More
