Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Went with Ken’s Tours although there are several others available.
Impressed with easy to use booking service, you get 2 reminders including the ability to sign a waiver and production of a QR code to make check in easier.
Safety is extremely important and we were warned of low rocks narrow paths etc, they really take good care of you.
Our guide Jessica was fantastic, patient, knowledgeable and particularly helpful with the best angles for photos etc.
Easily worth double the entrance fee the photos just don’t do it justice

Worst experience with tour guide CODY T(a true RACIST). Management please take some action on him. I emailed you in detail my complete experience. He doesn't fit to be a tour guide when he lacks patience and can't treat all his tourists the same way. Place was amazing. But don't recommend this guide. Kindly opt some other tour guide if you want to have a good experience of this natures beauty.

We had our tour March 14 at 4:00 pm with Deris B. We had the most informative and personable tour. What a remarkable historian we had. The canyon was spectacular and Deris made sure we got the right shots and he went above and beyond on the history of the canyon and his people. We need more people like him. And big thank you to him and your tour company.
Also we were very moved by his flute performance.

We traveled to Page Arizona for my sister LeAnn’s 50th birthday hike. There was a group of 12 moms ranging from 37 to 63 from Sanilac County Michigan!!!
One of the highlights of the trip was the Ken’s Lower Antelope Canyon tour and our guide Jerry! Not only was Jerry knowledgeable about the canyon and history of the area. He turned out to be quite the photography expert! Jerry showed us the tricks of the trade to use our phones to get the best pictures and what a difference it made!
In addition, our guide took his time and didn’t rush our adventure. We took dozens of group pictures and made the most of our time in the canyon! We highly recommend both Ken’s and specifically our super helpful guide Jerry!

Incredible scenery. Although the route is not gentle, even the elderly traveling with us can safely enjoy the scenery. Our tour guide Mikay was very friendly and helpful, highly recommended.

Enjoyed our tour of Lower Antelope Canyon. It was easy to book a tour online and everything ran smoothly from check-in through the tour. Our guide, Keanu was great. He was informative and helped everyone get great photos.

An incredible landscape and beautiful hike. I rest enjoyed this tour, and the guide we had was great. He was Jerry Sr., and he took great photos and showed us a lot of cool places. I would recommend it.

Our guide Lamar was unbelievable. If you have the opportunity to visit the Lower Canyon ask for him. He captured the most incredible pictures of me and my family and his knowledge is undeniable.

If you want to really enjoy Antelope Canyon, this is the way to do it. In our small group of 6 we had excellent access to our extremely knowledgeable guide. We learned a lot and enjoyed the beauty of the canyon completely. Highly recommend.

What time is the best in April to visit lower antelope when the sun rays falls perfectly for pictures?

I would say anytime between 10am - 1pm, make sure it's full sunny that day. Both the canyons are awesome with lower canyon offers some of the best breath taking pictures with superb colors. We got a guide who was very helpful in showing us how to take pictures, he was awesome and took some great pictures for us from our cell phones. Thanks to the Guide and Ken's tours. Trip is about 90 mnts.
How do we carry water and a few other things if we can't carry a small bag? I don't want to leave my purse in the car all day.

They only allow a bottle of water and your camera. We did leave our purses in the trunk- minus keys of course. There was.no issue leaving items in our locked car/in the trunk. Area felt safe and cars were very very close to checkin area where there was a worker checking people in.

Is Ken’s charging you a 6% administration fee for cancelation due to Covid 19?? The Navajo Park is closed & there is no flights to Arizona yet Ken’s is charging a fee???

You need to contact the place of business for that information. Sorry

Hi, we have a family of 5 with an 8, 6, and 3 year old. The lower antelope tour website says one adult per child, but obviously this isn't possible for us. Our 8 and 6 year old are very capable climbers, and the 3 year old is very steady although a bit slow while climbing stairs. Is this a hard and fast rule, or can we make it work? I was really hoping to do the lower canyon with our family since the price is much more reasonable and we would enjoy the more adventurous route vs. walking through the level ground of the upper canyon.

Update after doing the tour - the 3 year old had no problem handling the steep stairs/ladders. He was a little slow, but the canyon was not crowded like the guide told us it would be in summer. They let our group go last because we had 2 families with kids, so we may have lagged behind a little, but not so much that another group ever caught up to us. My husband did end up carrying the 3 year old in his arms for the first flight of stairs, but then he wanted to try it on his own. We just stayed on either side of him to help him if he slipped, but it was really no big deal. All 3 kids really enjoyed climbing through the canyon. I'm really glad we did it!

Has anyone done the boat tours with this company?

Yes, we did the boat tour, booked with the Lower Antelope Canyon tour thru Ken's. It was enjoyable, big pontoon boat that meanders down the river with an excellent guide. Well worth the time and money.

Hello, we have about 14 people planning to visit Antelope canyon, wondering if we can get on a tour when we arrived? looking for lower canyon tour, anyone know if we get discount for a large group. thank you

At Ken's tours I think the limit is 12 people per group but I bet if you call them they could work something out for you. Don't just show up because the tours are booked weeks in advance and they might have a few available slots but I think it would be tough to work 14 people in. I really hope your group gets to tour the Canyon because it's absolutely beautiful.
I have booked Lower Antelope Canyon tour at 8:30am in Nove 29, 2019. I am afraid it is too early and I will not be able to see the colours. Is it worth visiting that early?

How many people are on the general tour? I'm debating on booking the deluxe to avoid crowding. We will be going in November which I know if not the height of the season but was curious. I'm also a bit claustrophobic when it comes to crowds in small spaces.

We took the deluxe tour. It was worth it.
While we were certainly mixed in with the other general tours, our guide paid close attention to us and made our experience much more personalized.
He had the knowledge of the correct angles and lighting for the photos and helped us get the best interaction with the canyon.
Spend the money, its worth it.
