The wife loves to come here every year on our vacation. The place is always clean, and the games are always on working order. You can't find a better arcade. Since you load a credit card with money, your winnings are also stored on the card. We are able to return the following year and keep adding on to our... More

This is a very large arcade with lots of different kinds of games for every age. The classics are there like Skeeball, along with some very intense and interesting arcade games that are played "just for fun." Very wide assortment of prizes. The staff was very friendly, too.

To play, you have to purchase these cards and load them with money. Then swipe them at the games. That is neat. It keeps track of how my "gold" you have left (which are like points, and each game could be 3 or 4 or even 6 points to play) and of how many tickets you have earned. Shooting games,... More

We love to visit arcades when we travel and Arcadia is the best in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. It's large, has a great variety of games and a friendly staff. We took our young kids (5 and 7) and my 7 year old won a big and a little plush out of claw machines. I had to keep up with... More

We blew through some money here but it was fun. It's no different than CJ Barrymore's or Dave and Busters. Most, if not all, games earn tickets. We ended up with some dollar store type kid toys. The environment is a little overwhelming with lots of bright lights and noise. The kids had fun.
