This is a great old cinema the way movies used to be! Seats are comfortable, screen is big, prices are great, snacks include popcorn and fancy chocolate. There are restaurants (and a grocery store) right nearby. I talked to someone who saw Fantasia here during...More
We love our local theater!! Sometimes they show current movies, sometimes other films. "Victoria & Abdul" was a heart-wretching movie w/beautiful costumes & scenery & we saw it at the theater recently.
I went to my 1st movie there when I was a child.

The Greenbelt Theater has been restored to its old glory. Great movies are shown here...reasonable ticket prices. Beautiful screen and seating. Great snack bar. It's a non-profit venture to boot. I drive over from Silver Spring to support this wonderful old movie house.
