Seats to be refurbished this year. Friendly personnel. 1950's atmosphere on the town square opposite...More

This is a great theatre. Fine movies chosen carefully. Single screen, very old-timey feel but very modern projectors and comfy seating. The popcorn is the best I've had anywhere. That's an aside - the choice of movies is always axcellent, and they have decent runs...More

This is a great old cinema the way movies used to be! Seats are comfortable, screen is big, prices are great, snacks include popcorn and fancy chocolate. There are restaurants (and a grocery store) right nearby. I talked to someone who saw Fantasia here during...More

This gteat old restored theater in old downtown Greenbelt features better movies not shown in the bigger chains. Free Monday classic movies draw big crowds. My favorite theater and worth the trip!

The Greenbelt Theater has been restored to its old glory. Great movies are shown here...reasonable ticket prices. Beautiful screen and seating. Great snack bar. It's a non-profit venture to boot. I drive over from Silver Spring to support this wonderful old movie house.
