Walking through the Bicentennial Garden is like walking through a painting. The flowers and greenery are kept beautifully. We loved the sculptures too.

We visit there from time to time as it is located in our neighborhood. Flowers are beautiful, size is just right to enjoy to catch morning breeze or afternoon walking.

It's is beautifully grown with many winding paths, dotted with benches and abundant shade. A delightful place to take a walk with a friend.

Tou really should take the time to stop and smell the roses (well, today the fragrance gardens dominant smell was the honeysuckle) Thiese gardens are filled with lovely bronze sculptures scattered throughout the park. It is a haven for photographers (especially for weddings) and families....More

I don't believe you can rent a wheelchair but it is accessible, most of the path's are paved and there are no steps that I'm aware of that doesn't also have a ramp.

I can't imagine that there would be a problem about taking personal family photos. They recently have posted signs regarding professional photography, but it doesn't sound as if that applies to you.
