I take my dog here to walk sometimes. It's convenient to the bicentennial. Can be a little noisy sometimes and when it rains or snows the wooden walkway section over the water can become pretty slippery.

I have lived in Greensboro a long time and I never knew this place existed. A friend brought me here and I loved how tucked away it was. I got to point my bird knowledge to the test and try identifying each bird I saw. The trails were dry and well kept. Its location is perfect if you need a... More

My husband and I had a wonderful time. We went spring day before it got too hot. There was lots of shade. There are several places to stop and sit. Looking over the lake was beautiful and we saw tons of turtles. Perfect for time with your family and fresh air. I was also happy to discover that it is... More

Beautiful, very green and full of wildlife. Such a nice walk. See ducks, geese, herons and many song birds. Some parts of the walk are on wooden paths, while other parts are dirt and some stone steps.

The Bog Garden is a wonderful place to feel like you have escaped the city. It's extremely family friendly with no strenuous or even moderate "hikes". Stroll through during any season to enjoy the wildlife and sounds of nature. Maybe bring a picnic and walk across the street to the Bicentennial park.

The gradens are beautiful in the Spring time. We walk our pet dog there while looking at the beauty of the landscape and beautiful flowers.

This place is great for a summer walk. The natural cooling effect of the bog keeps it comfortable even on the hottest days. I went on a walk there on a sweltering July day with my son and we were very comfortable. There are also many turtles, waterfowl and other interesting wildlife and vegetation. Great place to get your kids... More

This park is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. Tranquil nature trails, a water fall, statues and benches. Wow
