Lovely little place, lots of butterflies and peaceful places to hang out. Set by a river which was pretty, and only 5 minutes up a dirt track. Nothing fancy and only stayed for 30 minutes but was worth the $2 entry fee. They have food...More

We went to the Butterfly Farm after hiring a Tuk Tuk and a driver for day (6 hours $25 plus tip). The road to this is very rough and we had to walk a bit at times but it was worth it. They gave us...More

it's a little out of the way but worth looking for. The dirt roads were a bit difficult to navigate our motorbike on but there are plenty of signs directing you to the gardens. The garden is beautifully designed with benches and swings and gazebos...More

Hidden away along a dirt track behind the old town, stumbled upon this place whilst out exploring the district on a scooter. Entry fee was reasonable but I wasn't particularly overwhelmed by the amount of butterflies. Cold drinks available and lots of covered areas to...More

Seems like more of an opportunity for the Tuk tuk driver to drag more cash out of you. It’s really not worth the effort especially when it’s hot. What to see a Butterfly Farm go to Penang.
